This Privacy Policy describes how Software Mansion S.A. (“we”, “us”) handles information in connection with the mobile application Dopamine Haul (the “App”).
Dopamine Haul is a self-contained showcase shopping app. It does not require an account, and we do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, payment details, or any other information that directly identifies you by name.
We do process your IP address, as described below. Under EU law, an IP address is considered personal data even though it does not, on its own, identify you by name.
When you install and open the App, our deep-linking and analytics provider (Detour, provided by Software Mansion S.A.) automatically collects a limited set of technical information used to deliver deep-link content and to understand how the App is used:
We combine these technical signals only to (a) determine which link brought you to the App so we can open the right screen, and (b) measure how the App is used. We do not use them to build an advertising profile or to serve you ads.
We do not collect precise location, contacts, photos, health data, an advertising identifier (IDFA), or the contents of your messages. We do not knowingly collect any information that identifies you by name.

We process this data on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating and improving the App (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You have the right to object to this processing at any time — see “Your rights” below.
Technical and usage data is processed on our behalf by our analytics and deferred deep-linking provider (Detour) strictly for the purposes above. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to track you across apps or websites owned by other companies for advertising purposes.
We retain the technical and usage data described above only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this policy, after which it is deleted or anonymized. Aggregated, non-identifying statistics may be retained for longer, and we may retain data where required to meet legal obligations.
If you are in the EEA/UK, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, or restrict processing of your data, and to object to processing based on our legitimate interest. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in Poland: UODO, uodo.gov.pl). Because the data we hold does not identify you by name, we may not always be able to locate data tied to a specific request.
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Because the App does not collect information that identifies you by name, we do not maintain profiles that would allow us to identify a specific individual from this data. You can stop all collection at any time by uninstalling the App.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
